It is hosted by Declan Duffy, a musician, songwriter and actor who plays with both The Pickwicks and The Acoustic Contingency Band. He has run open-mic events and music festivals and is delighted to host the Sunday Sessions at the Marine.

Marine Theatre and B-Sharp are teaming up for The Sunday Sessions once each quarter to give young people their first chance at performing music live in public.

B Sharp is a young people’s music charity that supports and nurtures the next generation of musicians. The charity was founded in 2007 in Lyme Regis by Fran Williams, together with a group of young people and like-minded professionals. We are proud to have nurtured B Sharp from its small beginnings and now offer an extensive programme of music and training opportunities for children and young people right through to adulthood. 

The Marine theatre has joined forces with B Sharp to encourage and support young people within the local music community.
